Our workshop-boutique is located in the heart of Toulouse, in the Saint-Aubin district.
This is where we create our unique cheeses . All our cheeses are made with raw milk, sourced as close as possible to Toulouse. We select our farmers based on milk quality and how close they are to Toulouse. And we make sure to pay them a fair price.
The goal of our workshop-boutique is to offer unique, surprising, and high-quality cheeses while staying closely connected to our customers.
Our diverse range of milks
Every type of milk brings something different: the softness of ewe’s milk, the creaminess of cow’s milk, the character and authenticity of goat’s milk… But have you heard of buffalo milk cheeses? At La Laiterie Toulousaine, we work with all these milks to offer you a wide range of products.
Having experience is everything in cheesemaking. Turning raw milk into cheeses requires great care – especially when you’re dealing with living things like microbacteria, yeast and mold. You have to pay attention to the different properties of the milk: protein content, fat content… to guarantee a high-quality, flavorful product.
In our workshop-boutique, we create products that suit everyone’s tastes, following the seasons. This means you have the opportunity to taste and compare artisanal cheeses from different herds.

As you may have guessed, our product range changes with the seasons. Quantities are limited – each product is made piece by piece.
La Laiterie Toulousaine makes it a point of honor to work in an artisanal way to offer high-quality products. Please note that you have access to all the information about the origin of the milk, the ingredients, and the production methods.
We create products that follow your wishes. But keep in mind, we can’t make everything. Anthony loves a challenge and can guide you to find the product that best suits you.
