Our Story

La Laiterie Toulousaine is born thanks to Anthony, an artisan cheesemaker. His goal is to enhance french craftsmanship by offering unique products that you cannot find anywhere else.

Anthony make his own dairy products from raw ewe, goat and buffalo milk. This milk is collected in small quantities in our local partner farms. Indeed, the aim is to support the local food network and to ensure complete transparency between farmers and customers.

As customers, we often prefer organic products. But many farmers didn’t choose that path. However, they might still use very extensive and respectful methods, sometimes more ethical than the « Organic Farming » specifications.

France is a global icon in terms of gastronomy. It is as prestigious than it is tasty. But what is the secret behind its richness? Well, the answer is the diversity of our regional traditions. In fact, the flavors, products and savoir-faire vary from one region to another. It depends on the region and on the artisan.

Additionally, agricultural products (like cheese and wine) hold a very special place in French cuisine. This, and the will to maintain our gourmet diversity, is the reason why La Laiterie Toulousaine decided to offer unique products.
