Our Partner Farms

Discover the farms we work with and meet their farmers!

This certified organic group is made up of vegetable farmers, a free-range black pig farmer, and shepherds. The farm was created just over three years ago and is home to around thirty Alpine goats and forty Lacaune sheep.

Hugues and his friends have created a unique place where sharing and joy of life surprise visitors who stop by. This young group is reimagining agriculture and bringing new hope to the future of farming.

Lydie and Rémi raise around 300 Lacaune ewes in a small village next to Moissac – a town famous for its grapes.

They’ve been farming here since 2003, with nearly 30 hectares of land. This spacious estate gives their animals room to graze in the warmer months and allows them to grow their own feed.

Lydie and Rémi are nearly self-sufficient when it comes to feed. They add alfalfa hay from a nearby organic farmer and use non-GMO certified grains to round out the animals’ diet.

The photo on the right was taken in March 2020 – right before lockdown!

Here is an example of a perfect farm! Most of the time, the cows and goats live up on a plateau, enjoying a perfect view of the Pyrenees.

This farm is located in Cocaigne and was founded in the 1980s. Cornélia and Guillaume run it with passion. Their employees truly enjoy working here – the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. That’s why this farm is one of our partner farms.

This farm is open for visits all year round. It offers a lovely walk and a breath of fresh air! You can also taste the farm’s products.

Farmers from Aveyron and Cantal joined forces to create something unique in France: buffalo milk production. They started this adventure back in 1998, and today the collective has over 500 animals.

Not well known in our region, the buffalo don’t produce much milk, but of exceptional quality. Its high fat content gives it a greater creaminess.

The group’s mission is to help family farms earn a decent living.
