TO BE ENJOYED AT THE END OF YOUR WORKSHOP

After the workshop, you'll enjoy a convivial tasting of our cheeses – all made right here at La Laiterie Toulousaine. And depending on what you like, you might also get to try one or more of these:

The excellent wines from Domaine de La Pointe in Capbreton. During the workshops, you’ll taste the white and red wines “Les Pieds dans le sable”.

La Conserverie Artisanale Maison Bigand offers incredible small appetizer pots – to be enjoyed without moderation!

We also serve two excellent white wines from Domaine Duffau: Loin de l’oeil et Perline. Anne and Bruno use environmentally friendly farming methods – they went organic in 2020.

Nyons olives was the first to receive PDO certification (Protected Designation of Origin). A 100% olive purée – just one bite will transport you straight to Provence!

From an artisanal cidery in Finistère, this extra-brut cider brings a crisp, dry finish that pairs beautifully with certain cheeses. After all, fermented products are a match made in heaven!

For 4 generations and nearly 100 years, the Frères Sarniguet have been producing artisanal honeys – 100% from the Pyrenees region of southwestern France.

Maison Albera offers a typically Catalan red wine: Le Pelut, IGP Côtes Catalanes. The vines grow at altitude, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly.

Bocalenvers is a creative association from Toulouse that will turn your world upside down. Their cannery is an employment integration project focused on producing zero-waste jars.

La Bonne Énergie means organic, local, and wholesome. Their philosophy is simple: follow the seasons to create juices with subtle, delicate flavors – capturing the true essence of the fruit.
